RPM Re-usable Oil Filter

Post by Paul H » Sat Jul 09, 2016 9:50 pm

Has anyone a view on the RPM Re-usable Oil Filter v K&N screw on type. I'm about to order the conversion because of the simplicity of it and the better oil flow it seems to offer. I like the idea of the RPM one with cooling fins & internal magnet but I don't know which would be best actual particle filter. Opinions anyone?

Aren't these available in our shop?

Thanks for the link. But it won't let me enter a state/county on registration. I live in Australia so I guess tax, freight or postage on purchases may be the issue?

****** Do folk know we have a shop? ******* especially new members, to be honest it takes me a while to remember how to navigate to it, could we add a more prominent link to it at the home page?

Sorry, I did not fully understand the first question as it was a dual question. The club was stocking the RPM oil filter adapters and they are listed in the club shop. But they are current out of stock/unavailable.

The second part of the question was about the re-usable FLO oil filter itself. The filter media is a stainless steel mesh that filters down to 35 microns.

I have attached the two links directly from me.

Mick was one of the first people to use the FLO oil filter several years ago. Since then more than 50 people have purchased the FLO filter and I have not had one complaint. (other than some people would prefer the housing the be anodized black)
